Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Activation Product Key
Did you buy Black Ops 3 on Steam? If yes, then go to Steam, then scroll over "library" and click "games". U should see Black Ops 3 listed on the right, click it, then you should see an option to "install" the game. No code is involved unless you bought the game from a different source than Steam.
yes i did. but the game dont start so i thought maybe i have to activate it. i have bought only the multyplayer starterpack. what can be the problem?
Is the game in your library? Please note that the game needs to download from steam first, before u can play. Look for "downloads" at the bottom of steam. The download may easily take over an hour depending on your download speed and the fact that the Black Ops 3 download is large.

I did not request your computer specs but I do not think u will be able to play this game with that setup. U will need at least 8gb of Memory and a better video card.
so i realy cant play? i can play bo2 at 60 fps
This is what the official Steam Black Ops 3 page says for minimum -->
"Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD Phenom™ II X4 810 @ 2.60 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 470 @ 1GB / ATI® Radeon™ HD 6970 @ 1GB"
I would say someone would need more than that to play. As for Black Ops 2, it is a less demanding game on hardware. I do not own Black Ops 2, so i cannot comment further on it.

Get in touch with steam & let them know you can't play game. You could check your e-mail. They do send code there also. If you find your code just copy paste it. You need to go to games & activate a product to paste it into the correct place.
Your laptop was not built with the hardware to run modern demanding games. You can try and upgrade your existing computer or u can buy/build a new computer that does have the necessary hardware. I am not confident in my computer knowledge to tell you what to do/buy. Assuming the specs u listed are correct, your issues are the "4GB" (i assume that is your memory ram?) and the "Intel HD Graphics 5500". You would need to look into buying and installing more memory ram (go for at least 16gb) and a new dedicated video card aka GPU.
I will recommend that you NOT upgrade your computer hardware or buy another computer JUST to play this game. For now I would recommend u get a refund from Steam for Black Ops 3.
